Service Description
The NCLEX Elite Success Coaching Program is the highest-touch and most individualized Mountain Gem NCLEX preparation experience. This program is specifically designed for students who require intensive remediation, personalized coaching, emotional resilience support, and structured accountability in addition to comprehensive NCLEX instruction. The Elite program goes beyond standard review courses by identifying the underlying reasons students struggle with the NCLEX and building a customized strategy to correct those issues. This includes targeted remediation, individualized weakness mapping, coaching sessions, clinical judgment development, and personalized study guidance. The program is particularly effective for repeat NCLEX test takers, internationally educated nurses, students with severe test anxiety, poor predictor scores, or major content gaps. Students who say, “I studied but still failed,” often require the type of individualized intervention this program provides. The Elite pathway includes pre-bootcamp intake and assessment, a two-week intensive bootcamp experience, and continued post-bootcamp coaching leading up to the NCLEX exam date. Students receive one-on-one coaching support, weekly accountability sessions, and ongoing guidance to improve preparation, confidence, and test-day performance. Program Structure: • Phase 1 — Pre-Bootcamp Intake & Assessment • Phase 2 — Intensive 2-Week Bootcamp • Phase 3 — Post-Bootcamp Coaching & Accountability Program Length: • 10 instructional days • Approximately 75–85 instructional hours • 2 hours of 1:1 coaching after bootcamp • Weekly coaching support for up to 6 weeks
Cancellation Policy
Due to limited class sizes and the preparation required for each program, the following cancellation policy applies to all Mountain Gem NCLEX Bootcamp registrations: Cancellations made 21 days or more before the class start date are eligible for a full refund, minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees. Cancellations made 8–20 days before the class start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the class start date are non-refundable. Mountain Gem Nursing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a class cancellation by Mountain Gem Nursing, students will receive the option of a full refund or transfer to a future class date. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.
